I will NEVER choose Austrian Airlines again! I had a flight Vienna-Bangkok recently and The Staff and Air Hostesses were pretty Unprofessional ! 1ST the flight was pretty late AND during the flight, Air Hostesses were very rough and very speed not doing a great job! They served the meals very hastily! So they passed next to me and missed my meal and did not even check. I had to call her back for my meal and she did not even excuse herself with a rude attitude like she did it on purpose… So I do not recommend this company if the quality of services is not getting better!
