Ma reponse est peut-être tardive…Nous allons également sur Koh Ngai en février prochain, pour gagner du temps ,cest l’hôtel dans lequel nous sejournons qui organise tout. Regardez la rubrique "service de ramassage " sur le site du coco cottage resort pour avoir qq informations. Nous arrivons a Krabi, car de Chiang mai nous n’avons pas de vol qui arrive assez tot pour pouvoir enchaîner avec le bateau. Notre vol arrivant a 14h50, nous sommes obligés de dormir a Pakmeng pour prendre un bateau le lendemain matin…
Il y a des taxi et des minivan (a partager) a chaque aéroport qui amene a Pak Meng.

At the resort, we accept cash (THB) or VISA/MASTER card. There is no Bank, ATM machine on the island.
Note:
1.Please look for a sign of your name at the airport. In a case of missing, please contact 66 (0) 87 898 6522, as Minivan cost will be applied for all case.

Please inform at least 3 hr. in advance of any delay, time changing. Otherwise, 300 B/hr will be charged for the waiting time.

Sharing transfer will be organized if there are more people asking for pick up service at the same time or nearly time (not more than 30 min difference).
Cost will be recalculated at 650-850 B/pax depends on number of passenger
- CoCo Beach is a rocky Beach. In case getting there at low tide time:
4.1) Customer have to walk in the water and on a rocky beach. Sandal and wearing short is recommended.
4.2) Our staff will help to carry a luggage. Anyhow, please separate electricity devices for carrying by your own. Or pack them in a water proof bag if possible.
- Getting Pakmeng pier before 4.30 pm, and cannot reach the island by weather condition, 1st night will be refunded.
Getting to Pakmeng pier after 4.30 pm, and cannot reach the island by weather condition, the 1st night still charged as original booking.
Boat service after 5.30 pm. is possible if the weather is good, but overtime charge for a boat driver will be applied at 300 B
- Below is some unusual matter that can happen. (even in hi-season period can be happened - not often)
6.1) With a weather & tide’s condition, sometime boat driver will stop at some others beach. Please prepare yourself for walking 1-2 km. along the beach.
6.2) On a big windy day, getting out from the boat in front Koh Ngai (any beach) is difficult. Anyone with a health problem or physical problem, pregnant lady, a small child shall avoid. To be on the safe side, please inform our team in advance, then we can prepare.
6.3) If longtail boat can not run by weather condition. Extra cost to change to bigger boat or speed boat will be paid by a customer.
