I have terrible news, a pipe in the bathroom last night just broke and I had to call urgently to get it fixed, but the plumber told me it will take more than a week to fix it, since they have to break the wall until find the problem. I had a problem before and it was not property fixed, now the damage is even bigger in the apartment , so have to fix it right away. Right now I am trying to accommodate the clients staying with us, and I need to cancel your reservation because the apartment will not be ready for your arrival,
I am so sorry about this, I hope that we can solve the problem without affecting your vacations. I will also try to call you
I know this is a nightmare for you, as it is for me, but please don’t worry, we can wait and see if the plumber finish before your arrival, but I can tell you I had only bad experiences with the plumbers, normally takes more time almost double of what they say, never less. so I am afraid to wait until the last minute, I have another apartment we owned, it is located on the same neighborhood, 5 blocks away so it is the same area, it is also the same size, 2 bedroom and same layout, the price is the same so it will not be a big change, here is the description, pictures and the new address, you can stay in this apartment the whole time or switch to the other apartment after it is fixed.
